The recipe is from the Jill Dupliex book Lighten Up. Peel bananas, chop into chunks and freeze overnight. Freeze berries overnight. Next day remove from freezer and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes. Place bananas and raspberries into blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately or freeze in plastic container to serve later.
