cup Aroy-d coconut milk like. cup Vanilla or plain whey protein or egg white protein powder. 1 tbsp Mct oil or extra virgin coconut oil. cup Water + few ice cubes.

Black Truffle Pasta: -Wash and soak truffle for 6 hours (save truffle water). -Cook spaghetti in boiling water until al dente. Drain pasta. Add olive oil to skillet over medium-high heat.  -Cook garlic until golden, 2 minutes, then add truffle + truffle water and cook for another 4 minutes. -Add drained spaghetti to skillet and mix well. -Add salt and pepper to taste. Shave remaining truffle over the top.
