I have a love hate relationship with the gym, and I cherish it dearly. If I get the workout I want, (challenging, sweat, and feel good endorphins) I’m beyond happy. If my workout is lackluster, boring, and I didn’t feel very challenged, (caused by a too crowded gym, and not getting the equipment or space I need) I start to get unmotivated to go.
