Spaghetti Squash: This is my go to when I'm craving pasta. Only 40 calories 8 grams of carbs per cup! It has a different texture, but one you cook it in oven take what you need and re-cook it in a sauce pan with the rest of your ingredients to make it not taste so much like a squash. I like to mix mine with veggies and top it with a spaghetti sauce. It's a Def. WIN!
