South Your Mouth: Hamburger Steaks with Brown Gravy ***This was really good. Definitely make the "steaks" thin. Also, my gravy took a loooong time to thicken, so allow it to really start cooking well before adding the steaks back in. Good comfort food with rice, southern green beans and homemade rolls (the one hour recipe on this board.)
Perfect Prime Rib Roast - Made 12/21/15. I used this recipe only for the rub. The cooking time I changed. I cooked it at 500 degrees for 20 minutes and then reduced the heat to 325 for an additional two hours for a medium-well doneness to appease everyone in my family. The meat was so tender and flavorful with the garlic and herb rub. I added some veggies around it as well and it all turned out perfect.
