Dukan Attack Phase Curry Chicken Cut up 2 chicken breasts into bite size chunks and put into heated pan with chopped red onion. Sprinkle on desired amount of curry spice and cook for a few minutes. Mix 1/2 cup of fat free plain yoghurt with 1 tablespoon of curry spice. Reduce heat of chicken and onions. Stir in yoghurt mixture. Simmer until chicken fully cooked.
