I was able to test the newly released pattern from The Plucky Butterfly Designs this week. Wanted something bright and colorful to bring out the FUN in this skirt and added the bows between each "heart" to bring in all the colors together. The waist band is knit so it's super soft. Vivi loved wearing the skirt and it went with her Hello Kitty T-shirt perfectly!
