Maybe while camping before a full day of hiking/swimming...  Ingredients:  2 French Hoagie Rolls  4 Eggs  1 cup Diced Ham  1 Cup Shredded Cheese (your choice- I used leftover pizza blend)  1 small scallion (green onion)  1/4 cup milk  Mix all ingredients together, divide between two hollowed out hoagies, bake at 350 for ~25 min.
