In the beginning of Winter this would make my heart sing...at the end of January it only breaks my heart into tiny icicles. . More snow, however lovely only means more shovelling. More time away from my garden. As much as I love Winter everything has a season. How do you get through these last few difficult months of Winter? The silence of the chill lake, mist broken only by the splashes of feathered wings, echos hitting the shoreline as the calling Canada geese negotiate their landing. . Frost melting on the fence line, a dawning sun that clambered over a mountain top to eagerly say hello.... . . .
