The farm was uninhabited, as in '13 fire broke out in it. Rumors go in the local area that the farm has been used by 'unknown' as a hiding/storage for stole goods. 'According to the neighbors, a fire arose in the same home a year earlier. police received ongoing reports of vans that drove to and from the location at off-peak times, and about lights that were first switched on when they reached well past the site. The area was a military complex, build and used by the Germans up until the end of WWII and taken over by the Soviets until they abandoned it in 1992. Currently the complex is undergoing renovation - most buildings are, or will be, demolished to make room for a new district to be build in the area.
