Russo's has a great gluten free menu. I've eaten at 2 different locations (a New York Pizzeria establishment & a Coal Fired Kitchen establishment). I've had several different pizzas, salads, pasta dishes, their prosciutto appetizer & a couple of the salads. I've always done very well without any gluten reactions. It's really wonderful that most of the pasta dishes are gluten free other than the pasta so they just make it for you using gluten free pasta. And the pizza? Oh. My. Gosh. SO good! ~TR
