TUNA CAKES. 2 (6oz) cans tuna, 1 pkg (6oz) Stove Top stuffing, 1 c shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 c shredded carrots, 1/3 c mayo, 2 tbs sweet picket relish, 3/4 c water. Mix, cover and chlll for 30 min. Scoop balls of 1/3 c mix into hot oiled skillet, flatten w/ spatula and brown 3 min. Turn carefully and brown other side. Makes 12 tuna cakes.
