Here's every last thing I consumed doing a 21-day Detox Challenge to get slimmer, lose actual blubber and change the way I eat. Lost 6 pounds - more than 3 of those were pure fat! I'm continuing to post detox-worthy foods on this board so we'll all have some variety for the next detox endeavor.

Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash: -2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley -2 tablespoons olive oil -2 garlic cloves, minced -1 teaspoon salt -1/2 teaspoon pepper (I season with more to taste) -3 1/2 pounds butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes -grated Parmesan cheese (optional) Mix ingredients & squash in bowl, toss to coat. Bake at 400 in shallow baking dish ungreased, uncovered, for 50-55 minutes or until squash is just tender. Stir in Parmesan cheese if desired.
