Homemade Ginger Ale Recipe I already make homemade ginger ale all the time, because it is 1000x more delicious than its bottled cousin, but I like this recipe for not requiring me to peel the ginger or cook ginger and sugar syrup separately. I think I'll still use lime over lemon, though.
