Crock-pot Orange Chicken:  Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Chicken, cut in 2-inch chunks  1/2 c. Flour  Olive Oil, for browning the chicken  1 T. Sea Salt  4 oz. (1/3 can) Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate  2 oz. Soy Sauce  3 T. Brown Sugar  1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar  3 T. Ketchup (and add ΒΌ tsp. ground ginger as an option)  *Cook on low for 6 hrs. or on high for 3 hrs.
