Plum Cake--- 1 box Sunset Gourmet's Harvest Beer Bread 1 can beer 2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 cups sliced plums Blend together Harvest Beer Bread mix and beer. Stir in 1 cup of sliced plums. Pour batter into a greased 9"x12" pan. Arrange 1/2 cup of plums on the top of the batter. Mix together cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over batter in pan. Bake for 35 to 40 min at 350F. Serve warm with whipping cream or whipped topping.
