    Before starting my nutrition program, I ate 3 meals, spent $90 a week at the grocery store, at least $70 every weekend going out, $21 a week on coffee..TOTAL = $720 and spent 2 hours a day at the gym. NOW I eat 6-7 meals a day, spend $50 a week at the grocery store, $200 a month on my nutrition plan.. TOTAL = $400.. workout for an hour 5-6 times a week and I'm in the best shape of my life.
