Mulligan is a gentle 3 year old boy. He did test positive for FIV, but don't let that stop you from loving him, he is currently healthy and loving and wants someone to give his love to. Mulligan likes to be pet and given love. His foster mom even carries him around like a baby. He enjoys hanging out on the couch in his foster home and stretching out on the bed at night too.
