Eat your fruit! This is one of those lifestyle changes that I made. On any given day I consume 6 to 10 pieces of fruit. There are some that will eat 30 bananas a day. That may not be for me right now. In fact I haven't ever thought that was "healthy". To me a moderation of food intake is the best policy.

Eating clean does help your skin! If your acne is bad like mine( which is improving due to many medications & prescription gels) :d eating clean definitely helps for a nice complexion. Even if you have had clear skin all your life, treating your skin with upmost care is one of the best things you can do.: ) I don't like figs though!
