30 sec microwave protein brownie: Mix 1 scoop chocolate whey (or vanilla if you want a blondie), 1T cocoa powder, 1/2t baking powder, 1/2T coconut flour (can omit, will make it less "cakey" and more sticky), Sweetener of choice, 1/4C almond milk or water. Microwave for 25-35 sec (depending on your micro). DO NOT overcook it!!! it will be dry, hard and nasty. It should be a little runny around the edges and almost like a cake/muffin on the inside.Top w/ almond butter & cocoa nibs
