Chili powder; 1 can black beans, drained; 1 sm. can whole kernel corn, drained; 1 lg. tomato diced, or 1 can diced tomatoes, drained; 1 T. Minced cilantro (optional). Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy! Serves 2-4
