Smoothie recipes for everything! FYI though, the colder the drink, the longer the body takes to digest it. Going easy on the ice and using fresh rather than frozen fruit makes a HUGE difference. Also, blending too long oxidizes your fruits and veggies. Only blend as long as you must to incorporate ingredients. As always, I HIGHLY recommend the Vitamix for the job!
