Skinny Banana Cookies -- Ingredients: 2 medium ripe bananas mashed, 1 cup of uncooked Old Fashioned Oats, 1/4 cup chocolate chips -- Directions: 1) Preheat oven to 350°F. 2) Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. 3) Mix the mashed bananas and oats in a bowl. 4) Fold in the chocolate chips. 5) Using a spoon, scoop up the batter and place on the cookie sheet. 6) Bake for 12-15 minutes.
