Stumptown

Originally built as a camp for laborers, Stumptown has grown into a sprawling shantytown. The inhabitants are a diverse bunch, including wandering itinerant adventures and poor pilgrims, refugees from southern conflicts, displaced formerly wealthy residents of Rookhollow, and disgraced philosophers. Stumptown is managed and protected by the Tong, who strictly forbid any entrance by the plague-ridden.
