    This full body workout I made is fantastic! Only takes about 50 minutes including the running and stretching! I hadn't worked out AT ALL for over 4 months and now I finally started doing something! I started March 1st and the plan is to stick with this workout (at least) for 61 days. Hopefully after that I will want to keep on doing it and make it a part of my lifestyle (:
