These are soap coats. They have a loose weave, so the soap suds come through the coaqt while you are washing. The scrubbie acts as a defoliator, getting rid of all that dead skin. It's a win - win idea.
This pattern will make a can or bottle cozy / koozie with adjustments to make larger cozies. Make one for a Beer bottle, soda pop can, mason jar, nalgene bottle or any cylindrical shaped object that needs a decorative cover.
