Howvever, it is essential to keep your spin neutral head forward and do not place a lean or arch in your back.  To keep this posture, squeeze your glutes and thighs together. For many the weekend is a time to relax however, don't allow the weekend to ruin all of the hard work you placed into your healthy eating and exercise during the week.   Therefore on the weekends stick to a fitness schedule. You don't have to train as hard as you do on the weekdays but get some movement in and monitior your drinking and eating.
