I honestly want to become a runner just so I can do the color run. I've never been a runner in all my life. Even when I was younger and actually in shape I couldn't run to save my life. But I SOOOO want to do the color run!
Great cardio circuit with or without the treadmill running portion! You could also put these in between other body weight exercises to keep your heart rate up during HIIT (not that you necessarily need more cardio for that!
