Spanakopita triangles
30min · 4 servings Ingredient • Phyllo pastry sheets • 1 cup baby spinach • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese • 1/2 cup feta cheese • 1/3 tsp salt ( or add salt accordingly because feta and mozzarella is already salty) • 1 tbsp pepper • 1 tbsp red chili flakes • 3 tbsp unsalted butter • 1 egg • 1 onion (diced) • Sesame seeds for garnish Method • Preheat oven at 400 F. In a pan heat some oil and sauté onion and spinach . In a bowl add the sautéed onions and spinach. Add feta, mozzarella, egg and all the spices listed above. Mix everything together. • Brush the phyllo sheet with butter. Place a tablespoon of cheese spinach filling at the bottom of the phyllo dough sheet and roll it up, flag style.
