FROZEN YOGHUR-COVERED BLUEBERRIES. Trying to coat each individual blueberry was a bit tedious (and messy). I recommend placing a handful of blueberries into the Greek yogurt container and coating them with a spoon. Then, simply place the covered blueberries onto wax paper and pop them in the freezer for a minimum of three hours. Make sure that the blueberries are spaced far enough apart so that you don’t end up with a huge clump when they freeze.
