HOMEMADE INSECTICIDAL SOAP CONCENTRATE 1/4 cup grated Ivory soap 4 cups hot water Stir soap into water until dissolved. Store in a jar until ready to use. To dilute for plant use:Add 1 tsp. concentrate per 4 cups (32 oz.) of water. Pour solution into a spray bottle.This soap is a contact poison - spray directily onto the aphids. It will not harm your plants.

Worm Castings Tea - for PLANT health Once diluted, you can add this concoction to 1) gardens during regular watering; 2) houseplants; 3) as a foliar fertilizer; 4) sprayed on plants leaves; 5) use “very weak” – 5 parts water to 1 part tea, on new vegetable, herb and flower starts Ingredients: 2 cups worm castings 2 tablespoons corn syrup or molasses 5 gallon bucket; old sock or pantyhose (no holes); water (rainwater is best or let it sit out overnight to allow chemicals to dissipate)
