The layering in this garment is a great example of the interesting textural contrast which knit can achieve. The subdued colour and modern knit is a excellent example of knit in a minimal context. Damir Doma prefall 2015 Credit: style.com

The combination of patterns of the jumper shows how two patterns can work together symbiotically on the one garment. The same colour tones mean that the garment is still coherent and wearable. Damir Doma prefall 2013 Credit: style.com

The almost snake like texture of this knit shows the breadth of jacquard knitwear. It is almost 3D in intricacy. Damir Doma prefall 2013 Credit: style.com

This is not a knit wear piece however I find the silhouette very much intriguing and inspirational. The rounded shoulders are eventuated and pushes the boundaries of normal dress. Damir Doma prefall 2013 Credit: style.com

The raw finishes of the knitwear is interesting and adds a sense of minimalism and interest. The knit has a contrast texture leather thin straps attached to a silver ring which add a different texture to the piece. The high neck contrast of the undergarment reminds me of religious connotations; adding a somber tone. Damir Doma F/W 2015 Credit: style.com

An interesting cut and proportion for a knitted coat. Not a 'usual' cardigan type garment. The overlapping almost shawl collar is an elegant neckline. The pleats add a sense of volume to the garment. Damir Doma F/W 2015 Credit: style.com

More raw seams in the F/W collection. The natural colours reminisce that of linen and the natural world. Damir Doma F/W 2015 Credit: style.com

I think this is a beautifully orchestrated photo. The simplicity, contrast and proportion of colour is very refined. Credit: Damir Doma F/W 2015

The abstract pattern of this knitwear is very experimental and almost a form of visual bricolage. The colour blocking adds a sense of simplicity while the edges of the shapes almost have a hand generated quality. Damir Doma Fall 2015 Style.com
