Healthy Apple Turnovers

Protein packed banana split ~ such an easy, healthy and completely delicious snack. In a small bowl, mix 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt with 2 tbs protein powder (we used Trutein Cinnabun) and 1 packet of stevia. Slice one small 🍌banana in half and spoon Greek yogurt in the middle. We topped ours with 85% dark chocolate, pecans and reconstituted peanut flour, but feel free to top with whatever you like!
