Homemade apple butter in the crockpot. Might have to try this in the fall.

Take a box of Angel Food Cake mix , and combine it with a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple in its own juice. When you do this, something magical happens. The mixture starts to froth and it turns into an amazingly airy, fluffy bowl of deliciousness right before your eyes. Once it's all mixed up, simply pour it into a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Nutella Banana Cookies- made these today, great base cookie recipe to add whatever you want. I added toasted pecans and they tasted like banana bread cookies! Next time I'll add chocolate chips instead of Nutella but they are good as is too!

Mini Pumpkin Pie Croissants 2 tubes cresent rolls (open and split lengthwise to make more cresents) Beat until fluffy: 4 oz cr. cheese, 1 can pumpkin (not pie filling), 2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice, 3-4 Tbsp. sugar. Place one large spoonful on each cresent and spread. Roll cresent up and then roll each one in a mixture of 4 Tbsp. sugar and 1 Tsp. pumpkin pie spice. Bake 350 degree F for 15-18 minutes (or until browned) Enjoy!
