Mexican Corn Dip I have made this for over 20 years and it is still a party favorite. If there is any left after your get together....this is wonderful layered with other vegetables (broccoli, sliced potatoes, etc) and baked in the oven for a dip that keeps on giving!!! - Karen Chapman
Chicken Ranch Dip: 2-8 oz. packages softened cream cheese, 1 large can of white meat chicken drained (reserving 1 tablespoon liquid to thin dip), 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch mix, ¼ to ½ cup salsa (add more based on preferred flavor)
Warm BLT Dip: 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 (8oz.) block of cream cheese, softened 2 cups of Colby/Jack shredded cheese 4 or 5 Roma tomatoes, chopped 2 pkgs. of real bacon pieces 3 or 4 green onions, chopped Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or so (until its bubbling on the sides)
If it's called taco balls.....I've gotta try it. Taco balls: 1 pkg, jumbo crescent rolls, 3 oz cream cheese, 1/2 mexican shredded cheese, 3/4 c shredded chicken, 1/3c taco sauce, 2 tsp, taco seasoning mix, 1/4 c cheese for sprinkling.350 oven 10 min or til golden, ( put cream cheese and shredded cheese in the microwave and nuke for 30-40 sec till softened and add other ingredients , roll in crescents and bake!!
Spread one package of cream cheese in the bottom of a pie pan, top with one can hormel beanless chili and cover with cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 until sprinkle cheese is melted. BAM! It's best with Fritos
