Teatro ZinZanni has created the "Coastal Kiss" in honor of its upcoming engagement at Segerstrom Center.  1/2 oz. - Logis de la Mothe Cognac   1/2 oz. - Briottet Crème de Cassis   3/4 oz. - Lemon Juice   Champagne to top (approx. 3-4 oz.)     Build Cognac, Crème de Cassis and lemon juice in a shaker tin. Shake with ice and strain into chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne flute and garnish with fresh blackberry.    Cheers!
