Hmmm...  3/4 cup (6 ounces) almond milk (or milk of your choice, I use unsweetened vanilla almond breeze by blue diamond) about 15 ice cubes, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1-2 TB unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener of choice (1/4 of a frozen banana or stevia).
