Homemade flax tortillas. Combine 1 egg, 3 tbsp water, and 2.5-3 tbsp flaxseed meal in a bowl. Heat a medium to large skillet and grease with coconut oil spray. Pour in the batter and spread out so it is thin in the pan. Flip when the sides start to rise up. Just a warning, it takes a while to cook so give it time or else you wit be able to flip it.
