Good idea. I always buy yogurt for smoothies but I hate that I have to throw what's left away when it expires!!

AM workout breakfast: banana mocha coffee smoothie. 1 frozen banana 1/3 cup pitted cherries (frozen or fresh) 1 cup brewed coffee, chilled 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 2 Tablespoons vanilla brown rice protein powder 2 teaspoons cocoa powder (I used raw cacao powder) 1-2 drops of liquid stevia for added sweetness (optional)
