I think that this quote is really great to teach students about teamwork. This to me outlines how students need to work together and that they are only as strong as the weakest link. This means if you are really good at something help others, encourage them to keep trying, and never put someone down for trying their hardest.
I think that body image holds back a lot of students from participating in sports and also allows people to make judgements about what they can and can't do.
