Homemade Food Gifts

Homemade Trail Mix. Give a gift of your favorite trail mix. This mix has red & green holiday colors with dry roasted, unsalted pistachios & almonds plus dried cranberries in an amount to fill my container. As different nuts maintain quality for various storage times, you might attach a label with this information: To keep this trail mix as fresh as possible, store it in the refrigerator for up to one month. For longer storage, transfer to a freezer bag and store up to a year in the freezer.
Homemade Beverage Mix Sampler Set - Make up a bath of each of the mixes and then divide into sampler gifts for several friends. (And ... keep some for yourself!) Place in small zip top bags in a holiday mug along with a copy of the recipes for each found on this webpage.
