fruit salsa and baked cinnamon sugar chips. Fruit Salsa is great, do not waste your time making whole grain pita chips- they tasted like cardboard. I've found much tastier organic cinnamon pita chips in the stores.
Oh my gosh. Chicken Taco salad that's HEALTHY! There's black beans corn green peppers tomatoes cilantro green onions chicken avocado & tortilla chips. All tossed together with a taco ranch dressing made with Greek yogurt.
Taco Pie, one of my favorites! Prepare taco meat as usual, add to pie crust, add cheese.bake off and then add your favorite taco toppings. So simple and so yummy :) literally my two favourite foods, tacos and pie!
Tuna Pasta Salad with Dill & Peas - this was good! Made a whole recipe (plus some extra peas and an extra can of tuna) for work lunches. Lasted through 4 work lunches and more meals. A lot of food so maybe don't need a whole lb. of pasta.
