Incredible Baked Meatballs. 1lb hamburger, 2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan , 1 cup panko or bread crumbs, 1 small onion, minced, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, freshly ground pepper to taste, 1/4 cup minced fresh basil Mix all ingredients with hands. Form into golfball sized meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

from christy: Another great tasting recipe! I did use 3 cans of cream of chicken soup instead of two and i made two boxes of rice. I fixed the rice separately and added the cooked rice, corn and cheese at the end. Mom and dad loved it! 7-8 hours on low in the crock pot for Slow cooker cheesy chicken and rice.

SNICKER SALAD (tastes like a yummy carmel apple with nuts and chocolate) Ingredients: Cool whip, Snickers (frozen or cold - easier to chop) green apples (tart, with a little sweet and lots of juicy) & 1 pkg dry vanilla pudding mix Chop apples into bite size pieces. Chop Snickers bars into bite size pieces. Combine pudding & coolwhip, add snickers & apples. ENJOY!
