Week 2: Pumpkin Scones  Rating: 7 out of 10  First time making scones...actually very easy. I used whole wheat flour so I could try and justify eating them for breakfast every morning

Week 1: Pumpkin Tiramisu  Rating: 5 of 10  I had big hopes for this one but it fell short. Maybe too much maple syrup?

Week 9, part 1: Pumpkin pull apart bread 
Rating: 8 out of 10.
Made for Thanksgiving Day breakfast in Cape Verde. Should have made two.

Week 5: Pumpkin Swirl Brownies  Rating: 9 of 10  Another favorite from 2010 season. The hint of cayenne pepper really makes these amazing. I also threw in some ghirardelli dark chocolate chips in the chocolate batter for a little texture.

Week 3: Pumpking Doughnut Muffins  Rating: 9 out of 10  
This was one of my favorites from last pumpkin season last year...I had to make them again! Used whole wheat flour and bake in cupcake liners so cinnamon sugar was only on top.

Week 9, part two: Triple-Chocolate Pumpkin Pie  Rating: 9 of 10  Served at Thanksgiving dinner in Cape Verde. I loved this crust.

Week 8: Pumpkin-Chocolate Tart  Rating: 9 of 10    Very unique...it surprised me at first because it isn't very sweet. Really grew on me.

Week 7: Southwestern Pumpkin Flan  Rating: 10 of 10    Hands down, my favorite recipe of the season...and super easy too. The hardest part is waiting over night to taste it!

Week 6: Spiced Pecan Pumpkin Pancakes with pumpkin butter.  Rating: 7 out of 10    I couldn't resist buying this at Williams Sonoma. Had a jar of pumpkin butter that I used in place of syrup.

Week 4: Pumpkin Ice Cream (williams sonoma mix)  Rating: 7 out of 10  I got a little lazy this week and this was all I could manage. It's pretty good, but I think the already made Publix or Edy's versions are better.
