I'll have to try this creamy tomato spinach pasta dish, with a few changes. It's a lot like my very simple version, except I use goat cheese instead of cream cheese and Parmesan, and I would omit the onions and simply skip that 5 min step using roasted garlic instead. Finally, in place of basil and oregano I'd simply use Italian seasoning (basically the same thing). Yum!
