    What is Edamame? I have never heard of it or seen it in a grocery store.

    @deanna hughes edamame is a soybean thats still in its pod. You can usually find it in the freezer section if you cant find it fresh at the grocery store.

    They're also delicious when roasted with salt (big grain) - do whole then when eating pull the pod between your teeth to pull out the tiny beans
