"2.5 lb Chicken Breast, 2 cups fresh Pineapple or drained canned pineapple, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1Tbsp black pepper, 1/2 cup brown sugar. Place chicken on bottom of crock pot, place pineapples on chicken, mix juice/sauce/sugar/pepper together than pour on chicken. cook on low 6-8 hrs, or high for 4-6." Very good! I served it with rice and veggies.
