Homemade apple chips. So simple to make. Just wash, dry and core the apple, cut off both the top and bottom, slice thin and bake. A great alternative to the typical potato chip. I've also sprinkled on a cinnamon and sugar mixture and finished with a little powdered sugar, my kids love 'em.
