Type your txt in MS Word. Save the document as image. Highlight text. Copy & paste in new Paint file. Save as JPEG or BMP file. Open image & crop any white space. Insert “Auto-Shape” heart in MS Word. Fill “Auto-Shape” with saved picture from Step 2. Right click your shape>Format AutoShape>In Colors & Lines tab, select Fill Effects>Click on Picture tab> Select Picture>Find the image you saved of your text>Insert & click “OK”>Remove border by selecting ”No Line” on Colors & Lines tab.
