Yoga for back flexibility Back stretches help to loosen the back muscles and prevent tears and other injuries. Stretching also helps to lengthen the muscles and reduce the amount of pressure placed on the spine.
This would be great conditioning for volleyball!!

New ways to stretch for gymnastics/cheer
Scorpion/Needle stretch!! I used my bed but you can use a couch or chair! Make sure you are breathing when doing this stretch and focusing mainly on balancing! Hope everyone has a nice day!! ∞Meg More
